FDM CORP offers a wide array of services. We employee 30 people, from concrete form setters to tile installers, carpenters to cabinetmakers.

All of our sub contractors are licensed experts in their respective fields, and all share in FDM's goal to ensure seamless operation of construction to our clientele.

Our 4,000 sq. ft. millwork shop is capable of producing or reproducing any items required to properly completing any project. Our skilled craftsmen create: Moldings, Doors, Casework, and Cabinetry.

We offer several different project delivery options to accommodate a variety construction projects and each client’s unique needs.

General Contracting
As your General Contractor, FDM Corp. can delivery your construction project as a "lump sum" or "cost plus" contract with or without a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). We provide all required site supervision, labor, management, safety and quality control throughout the project. This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has a complete set of bid documents and has time for a customary bidding period.

Construction Management
As your Construction Manager, FDM Corp. will provide pre-construction services to aid in design development and value engineering. We prepare budgets and schedules and identify long lead items. We pre-qualify all subcontractors and vendors based on their quality of current work load and their experience with the specific project scope. Our staff will prepare and distribute bid packages, level bids and award contracts to the lowest responsible bidders. We provide site supervision, labor, management, safety and quality control through completion and closeout. This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has limited time and budgetary constraints and needs to have the final design and construction operations run simultaneously.

Consulting
FDM Corp. can assist clients in lease review and landlord contributions and work letters. We offer Client Representation, Contractor Pre-qualification, Project Management, Estimating, Design Review, Value Engineering and Due Diligence.

Millwork
Our cabinet shop is prepared to meet your diverse needs. Our in house cabinet shop can produce or reproduce any molding, door or cabinet to your specification.
